Detailed Inventory report

The inventory (condition) report is a crucial document designed to protect the interests of both the landlord and tenant. Prepared just prior to commencement of a new tenancy, the document should provide a clear indication of the properties condition prior to tenants moving in and assists with any disputes, which may arise between landlord and tenant at the end of the tenancy.

The majority of letting agents will outsource this crucial task and the content and quality of the reports themselves can vary considerably. At Graham Butt Lettings we recognise the importance of these documents and therefore employ our own Inventory Clerks to produce these reports. The same individuals also carry out routine visits to our managed properties during a tenancy and conduct the final check out inspection. This ensures complete consistency throughout and proves very popular with landlords and tenants alike.
