The Name of BUTT has been associated with Estate Agency since 1939 when Graham Butt’s father and his uncle formed the Brighton based company of G. S. Butt & Co.
Graham Butt started his own company in 1968 in Lancing, moving to the present office in Littlehampton in 1971.
Graham Butt states “My family has been associated with the Property Business for over 60 years and I am pleased that my son David, who is a Partner in the Family business, will continue the family tradition".
Graham Butt Estate Agents currently has 5 offices throughout the Arun area of West Sussex and specialises in all types of Residential properties from First time buyer homes in Littlehampton to Seafront Mansions in Rustington and Kingston Gorse in East Preston. We also have two dedicated Lettings offices in Littlehampton and Rustington dealing with the Management and letting of properties between Worthing and Littlehampton.
Although the name of Graham Butt has been associated with the property business for over 40 years in this area, we pride ourselves on being a Family run business with young and enthusiastic staff coupled with the experience gained over many years of dealing with local people.
