Our Accounts, Inventory and Property Management Teams are all based at our Rustington Office, with easy parking, and many Landlords have commented how useful they find this service, as they “actually get to know and meet the person who is looking after their property, rather than some remote call centre where they are treated as “just another address on a computer screen”

We are also able to offer a 6 days a week service from our two Lettings Offices and 7 days a week from our other three Residential Offices, in Littlehampton, Rustington and East Preston, who are able to deal with prospective tenants unable to contact us during the normal working week.

For added “Peace of Mind” we are Members of the National Association of Estate Agents, The National Approved Lettings and Ombudsman’s Schemes and follow their strict code of conduct for the benefit of Landlords and Tenants alike. Our experienced staff regularly attend courses to make sure they are kept up to date with any new legalisation, to ensure we are always able to offer the best service available.
