About Simon Bain

Simon has been working locally in estate agency for over 12 years in both sales and lettings and has been with Graham Butt Estate Agents for more than a decade now. He has been lucky enough to work in all of our 4 offices, giving him valuable experience with a variety of different types of properties and clients, before becoming the branch manager at Littlehampton.  He enjoys working for a family run business and being part of the local community, having participated in several charity fund raising runs for Chestnut Tree House and St Barnabas. He likes to spend his time off on the seafront or riverside and enjoying the diverse range of restaurants Littlehampton has to offer or playing golf at one of the great golf courses nearby.
