Attention to detail - as they set the expectations of a ‘fairly quick sale’ due to the market, however, the ‘Open house’ attracted only 2 viewings. They forgot to ask for a key ahead of this day! Also constantly put a positive spin on the market when a more realistic approach would have been preferred. At times, an e -mail was sent whereas a phone call would have been better. Some time spent without an updates. Unable to secure the first 2 buyers and unconvinced with the effort made on both occasions to maintain the purchase. Again forgot to ask for a house key to do later viewings. The customer service improved when the ‘end was insight’ however, this was many months ahead of going on the market. This all caused a lot of stress, pressure, protracted sale, reduction in offer price. My ex-girlfriend moved out in Sept based on the positive quick sale and market. I moved out in February (fortunately) with a completion in March. Exchange should have been in December but was delayed to January.
