We would recommend Graham Butt and would sell/buy from them again, We found them to be very professional, courteous, helpful and patient. Our sale took 8 months from start to finish, although they did sell it for us after 3 months and the chain broke down . But finally a buyer was found and the sale went through in 8 weeks from start to completion. All in all in the end the goal was to sell our property which is what they did.

Angering were excellent, always connectable and ready to help. Denise even recommended an electrician who came and sorted out a last minute problem. Steph, Claire and Tom were always ready to help with any issues we had. Would definitely use again if we moved.

I was very pleased with the service Graham Butts gave from the initial valuation to the end. They were always very helpful and kept us informed when necessary by email or phone. The sale of mum’s house was completed very quickly and made easier by Butts help in showing prospective buyers around as I lived a distance away. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I would recommend them in selling your house.
