Report a Problem

It is reasonable to assume that some form of maintenance issue will arise during any tenancy be it a leaking tap, electrical fault or malfunctioning boiler. From a tenants perspective you will want to know that whatever the query, it is resolved in a prompt, professional and efficient manner.

Graham Butt Lettings retain a team of experienced Property Managers who can respond rapidly to any issues reported. They will liaise with all parties involved, including approved contractors, with a view to securing a swift and satisfactory resolution.

Our Property Management Department is open six days a week between Monday and Saturday.
