About James Butt

James is the Branch Partner at our Littlehampton office and is the grandson of Graham Butt.

James went to school at the Angmering school. He started his working life at Aviva in Worthing, when this closed, he decided to go traveling. He ended up working in Tenerife for several years, working at the “world famous” Linekers bar and then going on to running the popular club “Sugareef”

James started his agency experience working in London for Marsh and Parson’s, before joining the family business, where he has worked at both our Rustington and Littlehampton branches.

James is a keen sportsman playing football for Rustington, as well as golf at Ham Manor and is a member of “Lanes” gym in Rustington.

James has recently bought a house in East Preston with his partner Lilly and Petal their French Bulldog.
