About Tom Hutton-Burgwin

Tom Hutton-Burgwin is the Branch Director at our Angmering Office and is one of our long-serving members of staff, having worked across all four of our sales offices over the years.  He has overseen the Angmering office since 2015, where he & his fantastic team have helped many buyers and sellers move to and from the village with a real focus on delivering exceptional client care, excellent negotiating skills and most importantly, honest and transparent advice.

He says “I am proud to work a family business like Graham Butt Estate Agents, and to manage the Angmering Office is a privilege, having lived in the village and grown up knowing the company all my life”.

When he is not out valuing properties, his hobbies include football, film (huge James Bond fan) and media and spending time in the kitchen. Today, Tom lives in Angmering Village with his partner Hayley and their two daughters; his eldest Mia has recently started at St Margarets School, and Matilda who recently arrived in 2022.
