Yes I would recommend Graham Butt as they were good at communication particularly as the sale progressed. This included with us, the solicitors and the 'chain'.

Good local service and always approachable. We experienced severe delays with our chain which led to us losing the initial sale. Tom and Adrian then worked tirelessly to re-establish the chain and we completed 6 weeks after the initial sale fell through. Great work!
