Graham Butts were excellent from start to finish. They worked tirelessly to resolve the (many!) issues which arose. James even phoned me off his mobile when their phone lines were down to update me with the progress of the move. Moving is inherently stressful but, to be fair to Graham Butt, they made it as stress-free as possible. They took on work which should have been done via the other parties in the chain to ensure our chain didn't fall through. I did feel for them as i'm sure they were as fed up as we were but they persevered and we got there in the end! We had dealings with James, Jack and Caroline all of whom were very helpful.

We bought our first home through Graham Butt Angmering and could not recommend them enough. Tom, Steph and the team kept us informed throughout the process and were always willing to go above and beyond to answer and assist with any queries we had. Thank you for making the process so much easier, we are in love with our home.

The staff were lovely but the offer put forward for my property should never have been allowed at that time. She was not in a position to progress for 6 weeks which was wasted time in which another buyer could have been found. Although the sale finally went through and we have now moved, I don't feel proper consideration was given to my buyers circumstances at the time. Sorry guys but I would not use you again or recommend you
