The team took a personal and committed approach to finding a buyer for a niche property which took a long time to sell. They kept me informed, chased the solicitors and went the extra mile towards the end to secure the sale. The team leader, Tom, even updated me at the weekends and when on leave. I appreciate enormously the work they put for us during a very stressful time

Excellent service, particularly as I was the buyer - so not paying them. They kept me more informed, and helped with any holdups, far more than either of the solicitors involved. The only reason I haven’t given 5 points is that the keys I was given did not include the front or back door. The agent provided the details of a locksmith for me to contact, which I did, but I feel that this should have been arranged (and initially paid for) by the agents and not me.
I am now awaiting a refund my solicitor has sought from the vendor.
