We carry out comprehensive referencing including credit checks and affordability criteria, we also carry out Right-to-Rent checks on all tenants.
If you are taking a deposit this protects you from any disputes at the end of a tenancy. Our inventories are comprehensive, they include keys, meter readings, testing of alarms and details of each room including a list of cleanliness and defects.
