COMMON LAW AND COMPANY LET TENANCIES

Application for Common Law or Company Let Tenancy: £354 (£295 +VAT)
In connection with referencing and administration work, along with preparation of the tenancy agreement.

Renewal of contract (tenant share): £90 (£75 +VAT) 
Per tenancy Contract negotiation, amending and updating terms and arranging for the signing of a further tenancy agreement.

Variation of contract: £60 (£50 +VAT) 
To cover the costs associated with taking landlord’s instructions as well as the preparation and execution of new legal documents.

Change of Occupier / Additional tenants: £300 (250+VAT) / £150 (£125 +VAT)
To cover the costs associated with taking landlord’s instructions, new tenant referencing and Right-to-Rent checks, deposit registration as well as the preparation and execution of new legal documents.

Surrender of tenancy: £360 (£300 +VAT)
Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early, and the landlord agree, they shall be liable to the landlord’s costs in re-letting the property. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
