Hi, I’m Dylan.
I am proud to be a Sales Negotiator for both our Littlehampton and Rustington branches. Whether you meet me on a property viewing, speak to me over the phone, or pop into one of our offices, I’m always happy to help. I genuinely enjoy being at the heart of both Sales teams, which allows me to develop an in-depth knowledge of each individual property and gain valuable insight into what the beautiful Arun Coast has to offer, whether you’re buying a home or looking for a smart investment.
Property runs in my blood. On my father’s side, my family has long been involved in the property industry, spanning investment, renovation, cleaning, letting, surveying, construction, and block/residential management. This background, combined with the incredible support from the team at Graham Butt Estate Agents, gives me both the personal and professional foundation to thrive in this career.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about wealth building through stocks, crypto, and financial markets. I believe my experience in these areas gives me a broader perspective on asset ownership and investment, helping me better support clients in making informed decisions. This passion has also taught me valuable life skills such as risk management, market analysis, budgeting, and discipline—qualities I bring to my work every day.
If you know me personally, you’ll also know I love a good laugh and enjoy staying active through competitive sports like 6-a-side football and pool. And while Netflix isn’t exactly a sport, let’s just say I like to stay up to date with the latest series to keep pace with the office chatter!
